Frequently asked questions
Automation in administration
Which administrative tasks can be automated?
Payment reminders, adding customers to several systems at once, filing documents, periodic reports and moving data between tools that don’t talk to each other. In general, any repetitive task that involves copying data from one place to another.
Do I have to change my accounting software?
No. We work with the one you already use, for example Holded, and connect it to everything else directly through their APIs. If there is no integration, we build it.
Can AI read contracts and documents?
Yes. With ChatGPT, Claude or Google Gemini we extract data from contracts, orders and other documents to record it automatically, always with a review step.
How much does it cost?
For example, an automation for having each new customer’s details arrive through a form and get added automatically to Holded and the CRM usually takes between 2 and 3 hours, that is, between €140 and €210. Before we start, we tell you how many hours your project will need, with no commitment. You can check our rates here.
How much will I save?
It depends on how much time the task takes today. For example, if someone spends 30 minutes a day adding customers by hand to several systems, that is about 11 hours a month; if that hour costs the company around €20, that is €220 a month. The automation pays for itself in the first month, and the errors from copying data by hand disappear too.
